Purchase Rules:

1. Pre-Purchase Assistance
You can contact us via Discord for any assistance if you have questions before making a purchase.

2. Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring script compatibility with their server before making a purchase by checking the script product page for requirements. You cannot place a refund request later if you buy a script that is not supported on your server due to your ignorance, as listed in the product page requirements.  

3. Lifetime Support for Escrowed Scripts
We will provide assistance with the script if you are unable to understand how it works, how to configure it, or if you face any issues with the script. This service is free and included with all escrowed scripts for a lifetime. Any support for third-party scripts will not be provided, as those scripts are not related to us, nor were they purchased from us. This rule is strictly enforced.
Support is only provided for our resources. Users are expected to read the available documentation and guides before requesting assistance and to provide errors, warnings, and any relevant information when doing so.

4. Support for Free Scripts
We do not offer support on free scripts. If you need support, please visit and buy the free script from Tebex; this purchase includes a support pack for the free script. Any support tickets opened without a valid transaction ID from Tebex will be closed.

5. Charges for Modifications
Personal installation and any requested modifications or changes to scripts by our team will incur additional charges.

Rules for Open Source Scripts:

(Open source scripts refer to scripts without escrow, providing full access to the script)

1. No Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are not provided for open-source resources under any circumstances. This policy overrides any other refund policy listed in the rule book due to the open nature of the script, which cannot be revoked from the player after purchase. 

2. Support and Updates
Support, free updates, and reissues of new copy of open source script are available for three months (3) from the date of purchase. For prime customers, this period extends to six months (6). This limitation is intentionally set to prevent the leaking of scripts; otherwise, individuals who leak the scripts would continue to receive support and updates. 

3. Extending Support
After the initial three months (or six months for prime customers), you can extend your support period by paying 50% off the latest amount. 

4. Modifications and Changes
Any modifications or changes to open-source scripts made by our team will incur additional charges. However, customers are free to edit the scripts themselves due to their open-source nature. 

5. Redistribution Prohibition
Redistribution or sale of our scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning from our platform.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

We provide licenses to use digital virtual items through our platform, and all transactions are considered final. However, there are certain situations where refunds or replacements may be applicable. Please carefully read the policy to understand the conditions for refunds and replacements.

1. No Standard Refunds
Purchases made through our platform are for licenses to use the digital virtual items included in the purchase. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable. Customers are expected to carefully review product descriptions, system requirements, and demonstration materials before making a purchase. However, there are limited cases where refunds may be issued, as outlined below.

2. Special Refunds for Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered if the purchased script:

  • Is incompatible with your server, even though we explicitly stated that it is supported.
  • Script contains critical technical errors that prevent it from functioning as described.
  • Issues cannot be resolved after appropriate troubleshooting or support by our team or if we refuse support.

Important: This issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. No extensions will be granted. Please submit your report through our Discord support ticket system.

This is the only case where a refund is possible.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Misunderstanding the system requirements or product features that are clearly provided on our product purchase page. Example, if we state that the script supports ESX and QB frameworks, and you purchased the script for a server that is not one of those listed, refunds will not be granted.
  • If you purchase the wrong script by mistake, no refund will be issued. However, you may request a script replacement within 7 days as detailed below
  • Personal preferences, such as "I don’t like the script" or "I can’t make it work"

We provide detailed feature descriptions and a demonstration video to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

3. Script Replacement Requests
If you wish to exchange a script for a different one, replacements are allowed under the following terms:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • A €5 replacement fee will be charged for all exchanges between scripts (e.g., exchanging Script 1 for Script 2).
  • The request must be accompanied by a valid reason for the exchange (e.g., purchasing the wrong script).

If the replacement request is made within 24 hours of purchase the replacement fee may be waived. After the 24-hour window, the €5 fee will apply.

Loss of Script Access Policy
If you lose access to your purchased scripts for any reason—including but not limited to Keymaster account issues, unauthorized transfers, or disputes with third parties—we will not be able to provide any refunds, reissues, or support related to script recovery. Once a script is assigned to your Keymaster account, we have no control over its management or transfer.
For any issues regarding lost access, please contact Tebex support directly, as they handle all transactions and account-related disputes.

Giveaway Rules:

1. Eligibility and Claiming
These rules apply to all customers who win a script from a giveaway, including our partner giveaways. You must claim your won products within 48 hours (2 days) from the announcement of the winner. No further extensions will be provided, and the giveaway winner will be considered void if you claim afterwards.

2. Eligibility Requirements
Any eligibility requirements mentioned in the giveaway must be followed before the announcement of the results.

3. Customer Treatment
After winning a script, you will be treated as a normal customer, just like any other paying customer, without any discrimination. As such, the same rules will apply to you, and you will receive lifetime support
